An all over body workout! AQUACOMBO High/ Low impact. Safe, Effective, light cardio.
Working on increasing core strength, stretching and flexibility. Good for rehabilitation as well. AQUAFIT Mon, Wed 6.45pm and 7.30pm Thurs AQUACOMBO Mon 7.30pm and Tues, Thursday 8.15am
The Blue Dolphin Swim Centre aquafit classes is a great way to improve flexibility and strength
Enjoy the benefits of land exercise without the impact. Aquafit is suitable for all fitness levels. We welcome and cater for the senior group. Our Aquafit classes can be beneficial for some medical conditions, ie arthritis, and for seniors. Please see your doctor before commencing any exercise. Please advise the instructor of any medical conditions before your classes commence.
Please bring a towel and water bottle to each class

Strictly 5 minutes leeway if late, on all AquaFit classes.
Lockers available
on request - we exchange our locker keys for your car keys.
Senior class rate $8.00
Casual class rate $12.00
10 passes - $8.00 a class = $ 80.00
20 passes - $7.00 a class = $140.00
